We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of delivery. You may be subject to restock fees of the reason for return is not a quality issue or wrong item/our mistake.
To make a return:
- Items must be unopened/unused/unworn
- Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
- You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:
- Customized items of any kind (meaning anything made to order due to being unable to restock) unless error is our dault
When making products myself by hand and customizing products, products are subject to differ from stock photo. (For example, there are no two identical tie dye tshirts) I will also have to use the material available to meet your products needs. For sensitives and preferences always feel free to make those known when placing the order to ensure the product is delivered to your likings.
